GN Central Management (GNCM) is the backbone of our Guaranteed Networks® managed services platform. Whether you are a small business or have grown "server farm", you know that computers and networks need regular care to perform at their optimal level. GNCM monitors your computers and network health on a continual basis. This allows us to proactively maintain and manage your network and prevent most common troubles before trouble occurs.
GNCM includes all components of our GNPM Uptime Suite plus: unlimited remote support (including helpdesk), remediation and troubleshooting, user account and security administration, security event log monitoring, analysis and management, and our 15 minute remote response to any automated alerts...all for a flat monthly fee.
GNCM is a 100% remotely delivered service and does not include any on-site work by our engineers. On-site work would require a supplemental service agreement, as it would fall outside the scope of GNCM.
