Guaranteed Networks MSP, the original managed services product for small and medium business, is our flagship product and encompasses our full suite of services. It’s like having your own internal IT staff, at a fraction of the price.
GN-MSP includes all components of GN Central Management plus: unlimited on-site engineer time, as needed. Also, with GN-MSP, we can offer you full hardware warranty and warranty management services, including our loaner program. This means that you no longer have to speak to foreign tech support personnel to try and get a defective piece of hardware replaced. We’ll do it for you. If the hardware warranty is expiring, we keep it covered under our own warranty program and if the vendor is not quick to replace your defective component, we will provide you with a loaner until the equipment is replaced. GN-MSP also includes interaction with third-party services provider such as your phone systems vendor, website hosting company, or office machines provider. We know that these systems need to work together but you don’t want to be the middle-man.
In addition, GN-MSP extends to you the services of a Virtual CIO, which we call your GN-CIO, assigned to work with your account. As your Virtual Chief Information Officer, your GN-CIO will work with you and your business to ensure that your technology remains in-line with your business goals and strategic objectives. He will also manage your account’s relationship from the technology standpoint and assure you that your business remains in good hands.
