The GN Preventative Maintenance Uptime Suite (GNPM) is at the core of our Guaranteed
Networks® offering. GNPM is designed to perform all the mundane tasks that every
IT manager should make sure are getting done but often do not, leaving networks
vulnerable. GNPM is perfect for companies needing minimal operator (end-user) level
support but seeking the benefits of having the most troublesome areas of desktop
management proactively and regimentally maintained. GNPM includes an anti-virus
agent and updates, anti-spyware software (including scanning and removal), patch management,
Internet debris and temporary file clean-up and removal, all completely managed for
you by our Global Support Desk.
GNPM is a 100% remotely delivered service and does not include operator (end-user)
level helpdesk support and will require a supplemental service agreement for work
outside the scope of GNPM, as described above.
