identified that if we only had customer contact when we were needed for computer service or repair issues,
we'd mainly be talking to unhappy customers. Furthermore, if each time a computer or server
needed service and the computer service provider got to bill by the hour, where was the incentive
to proactively make that customer's network trouble-free? There had to be a better way. We set
out to align our customer’s goals with our own. Our customers, mainly located in Boca Raton at the time, wanted trouble-free
networks and affordable computer support. We wanted happy customers. And so, we began to
develop our program. Our first four customers in what became known as 'managed services' were on-board by 1999...the rest is
computer service history.
