to proactively make that customer's network trouble-free? There had to be a better way. We set
out to align our customer’s goals with our own. Our customers wanted trouble-free
networks and affordable technical support. We wanted happy customers. And so, we began to
develop our program. Our first four customers in what became known as 'managed services' were on-board by 1999...the rest is
tech support history.
