A/G Technologies and SLPowers announce merger.

Dear Valued Customer,
It is our pleasure to announce the merger of A/G Technologies, Inc. with SLPowers Computer Consultants, Inc. This represents a substantial step on the part of both companies towards fulfilling our shared vision of creating South Florida's pre-eminent network systems integrator.
Since the mid-1980's, AG Technologies and SLPowers have been the local leaders in providing high quality computer networking solutions including; local and wide area networks, Internet integration and security, high-availability servers, workstations, and computer telephony solutions. Our companies have demonstrated that with knowledge, vision, and a commitment to maintaining industry certified systems engineers, we can successfully implement these solutions and increase our customer's productivity through the effective use of technology.
During the coming months, we will be integrating the two companies. SLPowers' clients will notice few differences in doing business with us (with the exception of a new address). We will adopt many of the systems currently in use by SLPowers. AG Technologies' clients will see a transition to the SLPowers accounting, invoicing, and trouble-ticketing system. Effective May 20th, 2000, all correspondence for either company should be sent to the new address: 1254 Old Okeechobee Rd., West Palm Beach, Florida 33401.
From the first day forward, the merger will only have a positive impact on our clients. Upon merging our technical service departments, we will double the number of service personnel previously available from either company. This will strengthen our knowledge and experience pool and increase the availability of technical services personnel, providing faster response times for general services, as well as emergencies.
AG Technologies and SLPowers will continue to raise the bar on network integration services through our commitment and service products. These include:
